ORDER
The Court respectfully requests information from the Government regarding modification
of"any preexisting protective orders that would otherwise prevent public disclosure by the
Government .... " Gov't Mot., dated November 24, 2025, at 7 (ECF No. 85); see also Protective
Order, dated July 25, 2019 (ECF No. 38).
The Comt directs that the Government provide to the Court (by noon on Monday,
December 1, 2025) the following information:
1. A detailed description of all materials subject to the Protective Order, dated July 25,
2019. The Court will take an in camera review of the materials the Government is
seeking to make public; and
2. A detailed description of the privacy process, including any redactions, the Government
seeks to employ to protect the rights of Epstein victims. See, e.g., Edwards Henderson
Letter, dated Nov. 25, 2025 (attached).
