In light of the superseding indictment adding
as a statutory victim, our office intends to provide notice
of court proceedings to
pursuant to the Crime Victim Rights Act. Would you please let me know whether
would like to receive these notifications directly from our office, or whether they should instead be directed to you?
Additionally, we wanted to let you know that there are two upcoming court appearances in this case:
• Judge Nathan has scheduled an in-person arraignment for April 23rd, at 2:30 p.m., in courtroom 24B at 500 Pearl
Street. The Court has issued an order noting that further information about public access, including a public dial-in
number, will be posted to the docket sheet.
• The Second Circuit has scheduled a remote oral argument in connection with the defendant's bail appeal for April
26th at 10 a.m. Second Circuit arguments are livestreamed at the following link:
