Dear Judge Nathan,
Consistent with prior practice in this matter involving information that may be covered by the Protective Order, and in
abundance of caution, we submit Ms. Maxwell's Response to the government's April 5, 2021 Notice of Defendant's Rule
17 Subpoenas directly to the Court with service on the government. We will confer with the government regarding any
proposed redactions and file the Response on the public docket as directed by the Court.
